My work is influenced by an amalgamation of external forces like music, literature, fairy tales and historical events. The figures I create allude to characters in an outre odyssey of an imaged society where its inhabitants worship and prepare for their coming doom through ceremonial rites and rituals. The resulting images have been described as whimsical with a peculiar beauty.
